Custom Hardcover Book?

I've been working on creating a custom hardcover coffee table book for my wife as a gift and am running into a snag in getting it created. I have found a number of sites that will publish a book (www.lulu.com for example) but all the places I've found only offer standard paper sizes. The book I'm working on is 10" wide by 4" tall... a non-standard size...

Anyone know where I could get something like this printed? I'd really like to keep the wide/short proportions!
