CONSTRUCTION THREAD: The Woodlands

Site prep is well underway for The Woodlands. Really nice location for retirees....in the shadow of Paris Mountain and adjoins the Tram Trail.

Ironically, the Woodlands doesn't look nearly as wooded as it did previously.

The architect tried to save as many trees as possible on this project.Due to the grade changes and building layout, many however were not able to be saved.This will be a large community with six connected buildings.Several will be Four stories which should have great veiws of Paris mtn.This project should continue until around March of 2009.The community also has two connections to the tram trail.
