I spoke to WW this morning about this and not a thing. Who know when this one will happen. I am amazed that thing is 60 % leased and still no ground broken.

It looked like they were core drilling on the Lionstone site. Just east of the small building housing the publishing company that had refused to sell any land. My guess is the deal has been signed and the designers are drilling to test the soil so they can design the rest of the development.

According to the fish wrap, Baker Donelson just signed a deal to expand to 94k sq. ft. in the Commerce Center with building naming rights included. It looks like they won't be moving(for now at least).
