Riverfront Wyndham

I heard rumors about a Wyndham tower that was going to be added to the Riverfront Wyndham, then somebody on this forum suggested that it has been cancelled. Has it been cancelled or is that project still in the works? When I was in LR for my job interview, I stayed at the Wyndham and overall found it to be an excellent hotel experience, but the exterior of the building needs work. As is, it could easily pass for a Days Inn or Best Western. Inside however, it was nicer than many more expensive hotels I have stayed in, including the Kansas City Marriott. I think the addition of a tower is not only what this hotel needs, but would be great for LR and NLR as well.
