This is actually pretty big (despite being in the early stages). It has to be one of the most noticeable pieces of land since it's right when you get off the freeway into the downtown. This stretch of main has always been a bit blighted despite some businesses fixing up their properties in the past few years. If the developer goes big on this, they could make a very large impact. And as the article said, there are many benefits such as easy freeway access and being on Argo Pond.

It would be really nice to see this happen. That section of N. Main has been underutilized for so long...
