24 South Division is a 3 or 4 story building that sits just South of Dodd's Records near the Weston corner on the East side, and used to house "Downtown Market" (big sign on the side). It appears to have new plywood over some of the windows. Anyone know the scoop? Kent County shows it as being bought in October 2007.
