$400 m Project?

Ben Allen, the spokesman for the Downtown Jackson Partners, alluded to the probability of a $400m project downtown at a presentation of downtown projects last night. He was not at liberty to divulge further details, but this could mean that something big is headed for downtown. I'll post more when I know something new.
