Le Bonheur Expansion

I'm glad to see Le Bonheur getting started on their major expansion. The old Memphis Mental Health facility on Poplar @ Dunlap is in the process of being torn down. I drove past today and was surprised to see how much progress had been made. The section of Poplar Avenue is getting new life, especially with the Dixie Homes housing projects gone. Hopefully the entire area to the north can be redeveloped up to and past I-40 so that it will be visually pleasing to people coming into the city from Arkansas, etc. There are just a few more eyesores to be torn down and hopefully more development will start to take place.
