Wow guys. Talk about an excellent article.

The Richmond Fed just published this article in 4th quarter 2007 and the article is on the rebuilding of downtowns around the nation. They chose to focus on the success of Greenville's downtown rejuvenation and the following article (6 pages, photos included) is how Greenville achieved success. Interviews with various city officials, urban planners, architects, etc. A well written article. Couldn't find where this has been posted yet. Wow, talk about positive press! That's an extremely flattering article. Of course, it's really nothing that we don't already know, but it's always good to see others taking note of the success that has occurred and is still occurring downtown and throughout the city.
