Apparently there is some sort of demand in the area because TimeWarner just announced that they are going to build another multistory building on their campus in the same area.

The rezoning petition for this project can be found on Planning's website:

One thing I don't believe I have seen on a rezoning before is runway approach lines and associated zones (they appear on the last page of the petition). I assume this is due to proposed highrises near the runway approaches. It appears the different circles list a maximum height for structures within the zones.
