Bernard Taylor must be doing his job well

In my opinion, Taylor's plan is the right way to go. Have the high-school teachers "reapply" for their jobs, giving the principals the ability to choose their staff. No teachers would lose their jobs in the process.

As one school board member stated, students in the high schools TODAY do not have time to wait 4 years for a massive improvement in the schools, and drastic changes are needed.

I give Taylor credit for shaking things up in GRPS, hopefully for the better. I understand the teachers frustrations but Taylor seems to be doing what he has to in order to change things.
