Site Prep has begun already -- couldn't acquire every structure on the block, so it is interesting how they are winding around it.

The Runnymede Corporation is developing a class A, headquarters office building at the end of I-264 in the Beach District. The building will be five stories, 83,811 SF, with architectural features meant to connect the new building with the award winning existing Towne Pavilion Center I and the new Virginia Beach Convention Center. Built on a three acre parcel between Cypress and Mediterranean Avenues, and 21st and 22nd Streets, benefiting from direct access to I-264 and from the cultural, recreational, and restaurant amenities available in the resort district, the building is expected to be available for occupancy on April 1, 2009.
