I think this will be an important step for the development of this line. If a developer is already planning to develop a project even before the line is up and running, imagine what projects might be built after this line is operational.

It is always a good thing when a piece of land gets redeveloped instead instead of a field being plowed under for a new developement.

Looks like this is the first TOD proposal I've heard for this project. Should be interesting.

Kind of interesting though that the rail line is only supposed to be temporary while US 23 is under construction. I guess that means that Earl LaFave is fairly confident that this thing will be continued after construction is finished - something we can all hope for.
