It looks like Lary G. has been active aquiring distressed properties in the south.

It says he is not losing focus in the NE and Hartford, but rather taking advantage of market conditions.

cant really blame him there. I recently read of a major transaction in the south for some 40,000 units under development for $.30 on the dollar.

good deals if you have the cash.
