From Richard Lawson in the City Paper today.

Looks as if many projects will have to wait if waht is said here is true. If a developer has to put 20% down, then it may be dead around here and in many parts of the country for any large new developments. Only the developers with a lot of cash on hand or with cash happy investment partners may be able to get projects going.
