It seems downtown A2 is on a roll this year when it comes to student housing developments. Will this building have an impact on the skyline?

The existing building is ugly. Good to see something better replace it.

Hood, Wolverine is sarcastically referring to the Ann Arbor city council which has a habit of turning down alot of projects over 5 stories.

Replacing a two story building with an 18 story tower should make a big visual impact on the area.
