A new six story condo tower is slated to begin construction this summer in downtown Murfreesboro. This development calls for 46 condos, ground retail, and a three story parking garage. The design has been tweaked a bit in order to "blend in" a little better with what is already there now. The structure will rise 82 feet, 7 feet more than what is allowed. I am excited about this project and what future development it will spark. Downtown is in dire need for more infill projects, especially residential. We need more people on the streets.
