something...anything needs to be done downtown. There are 0 choices in the area for new housing for rent or sale.

Sure, a few units here and there on top of a retail center or diner helps, but those are sold before they even get built. The market is very tight.

Still no word on the revamped Brownstone plans?? Would hope we might hear something soon??

If it made more economic $ense to only go 4-floors with brownstones; then maybe they could just change the architecture to something like this?? My other post on this thread have had more floors; I'm just trying to be realistic by keeping the height the same.

I always get excited when I see the pictures you post because I think they're a revamped version of the project!

That's a great idea though. The should build some multi~story Red Stick Lofts.
