Officials at Frank Family Entertainment Group plan to open a 60,000-square-foot E-Town (short for Entertainment Town) project in the Villages at Brunswick Forest, a 160-acre town center in Leland.

Looks like a nice project. The total size is 600,000 sq ft, office and retail included, thats roughly the size of first phase of Mayfaire. I am glad to see the 14 screen movie theater coming there, it's a niche the area was missing.
