Strawn Apartments demolition has begun....

Any ideas about their (previously?) planned retail space? Seems like grocery is a non-starter now.

It appears to be a shade more than a mile  half mile (bad at math)  to the WF, much further than I had thought.

My first thought was an urban Target. Seems like the Midtown location is doing well enough to justify another.

The Domain townhomes came out with floor plans. Not a very efficient use of the space IMO. No space for any sort of dining table and the 2nd "bedroom" is tiny. Not having a 2nd full bath really turns the place into a 1 big bedroom unit.

Yeah I don't understand the only 1 full bath in  a 2 bedroom townhome.  Believe me that is not good for resale 2/2 always sell better than 2/1 units.

How about we not dedicate a full third of the townhouse to the forking car and reclaim it all for actual human occupancy

Website has been updated with floorplans where you can read the dimensions. Master bedroom and living area are both a measly 12x12.5. The 2nd "bedroom" is 8x9.5.  I was pretty excited about the look that these units had and the attractive price point but the architect really dropped the ball. I had an 860 sq ft condo that had more usable space that this. The stair design is eating up so much real esate.

The Pepsi Apartments look both fireproof (not made of sticks) and soundproof. My kind of place.  I am assuming that it is all concrete at this point.
