They were in Phoenix too.  I thought they were severely overrated.  The price was about $1 less than a really amazing burger at any number of other places.  Or $3 more than a pretty comparable burger at other chains.  But it did very well, so I must be in the minority.

I'll take a Whataburger, cause I'm a simple man. Oh and a Bodacious BBQ (shout out to my east Texas brethren). They'd easily get half my paycheck. We need more Texas food here.

Pins Mechanical and 16 Bit Bar and Arcade are taking 20k SF at 307 W Tremont. Pins is a social house type concept and my fellow Ohioans will know how awesome both are. This is awesome.

They still had contractor doors instead of the decorative exterior doors as of this morning, but fencing is down and all masonary appears complete....2-3 weeks out from being occupiable I would guess.
