I passed Hall House yesterday, and I was like "Fine ok, no paint." It is very nice as is. Just remember, there is nothing wrong with putting  lipstick on some pigs.

One of the towers some of us have been hinting at for a few months was submitted today

"Project 125" by Childress Klein at 1810 Camden Rd. 

260,000 sq feet of office 21.5k of retail.

W Tremont Ave projects.  the Asana building with the Pins Mechanical and the new Penrose apartments at S Tryon and Tremont. Earlier this foggy day. 

If you had not been to this area in 2 years you would not even recognize it with all the changes at Design Center, new construction, new corporate offices like Krispy Kreme, new apartments, new townhomes.

Just a suggestion, but maybe Hawk and Project 125 should get their own dedicated threads! I don’t think we’re quite at the point where ~20 story buildings are considered “mid-rise” lol.

Common Square has now been re-branded as "The Square at South End".  I am sure South End pushed back on it being renamed Wilmore Square but they definitely caught wind of the name being called out as bland.
