Somebody help me please - Dunavant St & S. Tryon, are there Two (2) Separate Apartment Complexes under construction there is is it just One (1)?  Seems like it’s a very massive site for just one.

Both 8 stories, one has retail both is think are 400+ apartments

Any idea what happened to the Fulcrum? I ran by there the other day for the first time in a long time expecting to see the building. Came home and found the website no longer exists

Cancelled will not happen.  Costs went up and pricing could not justify the costs and all monies returned for the reservations.

Probably not due to required setbacks and such.  Could probably end up being Multifamily Townhomes or something eventually since the Fulcrum Condos are dead.

The old Off Broadway store location on South Blvd. Looks like we are getting another crane in Southend.

Are they tearing down Burger King?

Also, I haven’t been in Charlotte in a few months but apparently they are redeveloping the building where Skyland, Sidelines and Argon are into apartments

It's proposed as office. 64,000 SF 4-story building w/ freestanding deck behind it. There are some renderings out there in the marketing materials on loopnet and elsewhere I'm sure. MPV is the developer, so it'll probably look exactly like their office building at 2400 South Blvd since they like to recycle building plans.

Here is the flyer for that MPV Properties proposed office building.  Interesting to see all the proposed redevelopment in that area highlighted in this brochure and they even missed some like the TriPointe Homes townhomes along I-77 and off S Tryon.

WOW!  That is a ton of new units.  I guess the tired argument that the light rail failed at drawing denser development further south is pretty much dead now.

It is actually good they are staying in Meck county for most of their employees should still be able to get there.  For those without cars maybe a company shuttle from the last stop on the LYNX. 

Expect something big on this site because they will sell it for big $$$ and with its location it is almost a Main and Main location in Southend.
