"This purchase represents the first of many for The Silverman Group in the Greater Hartford market, as we look forward to continued expansion within the region," Blake Silverman, the company's executive vice president, said, in a statement.

I would be interested to see the sale price.

This is one of the buildings in hartford that are Class A and has fairly high vacancy. I look forward to see who they can bring in as tenants, and I am interested to see what they will do when Soverign bank moves out.
