For those of you who have expressed an interest in the 65 Monroe Center transformation, the developer has offered to give a free Open House and Tour of the interior:

) Friday, March 14th, 4:30 - 5:30 PM

) Tour 3 newly completed and strikingly unique condominiums

) Meet the developer and hear about this project and others he is working on

Please RSVP here in this thread by clicking on the poll by Monday, March 10th, at 5:00 PM.

If you do not RSVP, please do not show up unannounced as this makes it very difficult to plan.

Thanks!

Please note the change of date due to a scheduling conflict and to allow more lead time

I originally voted yes, but it turns out that I won't be able to get out of work early tomorrow as someone else will be gone.

I'm not sure if my vote is still being counted though because it appears the poll has changed?

For those going to this, head to the front of the building and you'll find a sign directing you to the garden level, where refreshments will be served.

Count me in if it's not too late.

Just me, no entourage.

Presumably you'd like folks to re-up for the revised date, so I just did.

No rambling story about my social life to share...anyone want to make this a See & Sup??

Dad- Looks like we had a few drop from our group. We're down to 10 I think now.

OK.

For those going today, be sure to ask for Brice (the developer). As I mentioned, refreshments will be served in the garden level offices.

Noone in my group brought their camera. The two units we went through were definitely cool and unique. I was amazed at how small they were and they were inerestingly laid out which seemed to get the most of the space. The downstiars seemed to work well as an open office environment and the old safe was very cool.

from what i can see in that picture it looks pretty cool - is the whole thing a more classic loft feel? brick walls, wood floors, exposed ceilings, etc? or are any of the units more refined/crisp modern looking?

I don't know if it's just me - but I think that picture makes the building stick out like a sore thumb...it kinda makes me say "what is THAT doing there?"

Is that a good thing or bad?
