Glen Lennox redevelopment in E. Chapel Hill

This probably belongs in a general Chapel Hill thread, but I found out yesterday that Chapel Hill/Carborro have a pseudo-defacto growth boundary by limiting where wastewater pipes are allowed to go. You can't build but so dense in septic tanks. This would partially explain relatively high real estate prices in these towns. This information was given to me by Pat Davis of OWASA.
