This one is only a proposal and there is no construction date for it but is the "signature" of a major condo project currently going on in Toronto and is the tallest pure condo likely to be built that I am aware of:

Certainly looks good. It will help to balance out the skyline a bit I think.

That is an incredible building. It will help increase size in downtown Toronto.

Not sure if you can see it but in particular if the Cityplace project is complete looking from the lake you would see a second hill-shaped cluster of buildings west of the CN Tower to balance with the larger financial district cluster to its east.

I also like the "garden" at the western side of the project - could have had a bigger impact if it was more centred though.
