Dean Rd @ Bert Kouns land clearing

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else had noticed the 5+ acres cleared on the southeast corner of Bert Kouns and Dean road?

Does anyone have some info about what is going to be built there?

I have checked the ZBA and MPC sites and nothing new to report for that area.

I hope it is something worthwhile like some really nice apartments or retail development.

If anyone hears something please post it.

Actually about a year ago a developer submitted plans for a 250 unit apartment complex. He also stated that construction would start next year as in this year. Oh yeah the developer chose that location because it was close to the call center.

I am just touching base with everyone on this topic.

Does anyone know for a fact what is going on at this location.

I believe the site prep indicates an apartment complex but i would like some confirmation.
