I won't hold my breath for it being urban. They call the entire area urban and its suburban.

This is a redeveloped residential area far removed from downtown catering to familes with children. It represents light years of progress over the warehouse style public housing it replaced. Add in the planned Kroc mega Rec Center and this is a very attractive residential community convenient to both the downtown area and the Military Highway corridor.
