Commercial Building Burning

It's a building constructed in the 1800s (1850s?) originally used to manufacture croquet. Apparently two workers were emptying the building and using blow torches on some copper, after being told not to by a neighbour who said there was flammable foam in the building. Obviously, they didn't listen.

That's the jist of what I caught on the news.
