Last time I went up to the Old Northeast area I saw alot of industrial buildings and didn't really go into the residential areas.

Looks like Home!! Thanks alot, yeah the northeast has about 55,000 people but their are probably about 30-40,000 illeagal immigrants added to that 50,000. I'll be back monday thanks!
