Its seems that developers are looking beyond Broad St. when it comes the downtown Augusta. Reynolds already have the TEE Center with will most certainly cause development onces completed and utilized. James Brown BLVD and 9th street will see much development such as the townhouse complex and the hotel/ office/ retail development next to the Commons. The fact that Riverwatch Parkway will be widen let me know that big plans are on the horizon and we cant forget about the Village at Riverwatch no matter how slow thier moving. I think this summer will be full of proposals and construction. I want to know, which is the hottest spot? Are there any other area of downtown on the rise?
