There's a new sign up at 600 Garfield in Salemtown. Looks more dense than the last proposal for this site [which ultimately became a 4-unit project on Hume.] There's a rendering on the sign, but not much yet on the website.

I will have to take a look and see if this is at the location of 6th and Garfield or on up 6th Ave. Seems to me there was a directional note that this was going to be a couple of blocks up the road. I wish there was a rendering. It seems to me that this was announced some time ago, but nothing has happened. I may have this confused with another project up there too. I have way too many projects floating around in my head.

Very contemporary design. There's really a lot going on in Germantown, and this project adds diversity to the area. Nice project.
