I saw this a few weeks ago in a SEC filing for tarragon, but it didnt look as bag of a deal as it is.

lets hope something works out wll for everyone, because not only is Northland hartfords big developer, but Tarragon has a project ready to go approved and simply awaiting financing.

so I hope they find a way to start Lofts on Capitol.
