Courant Article: Apartment Juggernaut Rolls In

Larry Gottesdiener built most of his Hartford commercial real estate empire when prices were depressed in the '90s and earlier this decade. So it's no surprise that his biggest deal in 17 years at Northland Investment Corp.

Good for Larry G and Northland, couldn't happen to a better company. I wonder why he doesn't move the HQ to Hartford, it would help the local psyche. Eventually, they WILL get their hands on Front Street....

I saw this a few weeks ago in a SEC filing for tarragon, but it didnt look as bag of a deal as it is.

lets hope something works out wll for everyone, because not only is Northland hartfords big developer, but Tarragon has a project ready to go approved and simply awaiting financing.

so I hope they find a way to start Lofts on Capitol.
