Wyndahm Harbor Pointe Proposed for Small Craft Harbor

The proposed Wyndham Harbor Pointe would have about 400 guest rooms, a possible handful of condos and perhaps an eventual timeshare component. I have no essential problem with the idea of a hotel- even a very tall hotel- being built at this site. The rendering shown in the video here, though, looks like a routine box of 24 floors. Hotel rooms are certainly needed in Biloxi, but this design exhibits zero creativity. it almost seems as though the architects pulled the design off of a shef where it might have been gathering dust for 20 years. The building looks remarkably unspecial.
