Why not just build it downtown in the Jewlry district next to or on the new land as part of the old 195 area and leave the historical buildings on Angel St. alone.

The BBB could be the first piece of the new Brown Medical School.

The fact that Brown is even considering razing any of these buildings is completely unacceptable. Either they should be moved, or Brown should not be permitted to build in this spot. Period.

the fact that the university seems willing to go to great lengths to preserve these buildings makes them better than most developers in this regard.
