What's going on with 250 Ionia, the building that Purple East is in? I see it's for sale for $3.85 Mil.

Is it owned by someone other than the owner of PE and they just want to get out of the property management business? Or is Purple East going out?

If they are going under I'd consider it a shame, it's one of the few actual businesses that attract people into the Heartside area, hopefully it's just the building changing ownership...

As I read the sales information. they are just trying to sell the building, not the business. My guess is the business will either lease from the new owners or relocate.
