New $5M, 30,000sf office building planned for 2300 Charlotte. I believe this is the site of a former towing company.

That will be a nice new development for that stretch of Charlotte, lets keep our fingers crossed its an attractive design that might prompt some more development along this portion of the avenue.

A rendering! I'm glad the older building is being preserved. That's surprising.

^ Not a bad looking office building at all! I agree it's really nice to see they incorporated and preserved the character of the older building into the new overall project. Putting glass back into those large front portals will do a lot to make it more attractive, not to mention a new coat of paint/facade.

Wow! This is a pleasant surprise. Opening up those front windows again will go a long way to embracing Charlotte Ave in this section. Any ideas on what kind of tenants the building will have? I am guessing doctor's offices or something medical given the proximity to Centennial Hospital as well as Baptist.

This thing appears to be already underway.. drove by and noticed the soon to be re-opened windows had the walls/old windows/canopies removed and boarded up for now.
