It's the first URL I hit upon logging in, and I check lively threads several times during the day. On breaking news (Bicycle Factory inflagration, Eastown explosion) I am on here constantly.

(Chose the Rehab selection, but what I really need is a return to my urban planner career path...this place provides that needed stroke. Not unlike reading a bicycle magazine in January.)

I check between projects at work. Some weeks I'll check every day or night, and then I'll go several weeks without for no real reason.

I didn't see a frequency choice between once a day and once a week. But I check in 2-3 times a week depending how busy I am.

Generally first thing when I get in in the morning, and then usually in the afternoon just to see what I missed!

I usually check every week day at lunch. I don't normally check much on weekends as I am behind a computer too much during the week.
