New Center along I-40

I was at Walmart at 40 and S. Elm in Greensboro yesterday and noticed a sign for a development called Shops at S. Elm across the highway from Walmart. The sign indicates that it is to be developed by Centdev, who is also doing the Union Cross center. Anyone know anything about this. Centdev.com gives no information on this at all.

I havent heard anything but it would be nice if it were a Shops at Friendly Center type development but bigger.

This would be directly across the highway from Carrolls proposed development announced a year ago or so. I wonder if he has decided against the project as very little has been done to the site.
