Sixty days seems fast for creating a draft plan. I'm glad to hear this is finally taking another step forward.

Well, 'draft' by it's nature means 'fast.' Yeah, this does sound good. I was just driving US-23 (first time in a long time) a few weeks ago going to and from the airport a few times and the traffic was just horrible as well as the I-94 corridor between Ann Arbor and Metro.
