Okay, I know I can't just be stupid and not able to figure this out. When I try to view people's profiles it sends me to this page saying I don't have permission. Am I doing something wrong here? If I have to pay or something, well then screw that. Any help is very appreciated. Thanks people!

^ You have to have posted over 10 times to view other forumers profiles. UP is not a pay site, we do offer paid membership with some bonus features, but all the basic activities on UP can be unlocked once the post thresh-hold for that function is passed.
