Eastown's Old Zondervan Building up for sale?

My understanding is that a Vespa dealer can not come into metro GR because the rights to sales are owned by a grandville michigan shop.

If that shop were to move downtown then maybe, The Holland Vespa is setting up a scooter shop on east 28th near ada from what I have heard.

Browsing the Uptown CID Proposal, I came across this intriguing statement in the notes section:

"The Kent Records Building apartments will be a major improvement. Baird revealed that he and Guy Bazzani are doing it."

The report was dated November 21, 2008, so I had a glimmer of hope that the situation had changed since last being discussed here. Oh, well...
