The city of NLR will seek federal funding to rebuild the Main Street viaduct. Estimated cost will be between $15 and $20 million. If this is done then the River Rail can be expanded north over the viaduct.

Also, the final draft for the Argenta District redevelopment plan will be released Wednesday.

Saw a link to this.  It would be great if this property were to be the starting point for a "River Market / River Walk" for the North Little Rock side.  It's only 500 feet of riverfront and about 3 acres of property but there has to be a starting point.

From the website:

The site is ideal for condo, office, hotel, or multifamily. Arkansas River Frontage. Across the Arkansas River from the William J Clinton Presidential Library. Located just east of Verizon Arena and the new AA Baseball Park (Dickey-Stephens Park). Located along the base of the Rock Island Bridge, part of the Arkansas River Trail, a 14 mile loop along NLR and LR.

Anybody hearing of any plans for this property?

I've thought that property would be a perfect development spot. Especially if that damn RV park would ever sell and be turned into something more appealing.

Argenta Flats has started construction on Phase ll which will be located in the 600 and 800 blocks of Maple. Also, the developer is converting an old house at the corner of 7th and Maple into a clubhouse. The clubhouse will include a pool, a fitness room and a wine room. A half view of the soon to be clubhouse is shown below.

These buildings back up to 700 Main and part of that block is also under redevelopment turning existing building into retail and lofts.
