to 44, with 4oth already finished !!!

That waterpark is in fleet street/ft. york and as the only one high rise in the area

with its 40 floors now looks pretty impresive. You simply can't mis it !!!

Waterfront tower reaches the top

Anyone driving along Lake Shore Blvd. just past Exhibition Place might be wondering how tall the condo at WaterParkCity is going to grow.

On Thursday, the developers, Lanterra Developments, H&R Developments and Lifetime Homes, celebrated the topping off of the tower at 38 storeys.

Mind you, the guests, such as Councillor Joe Pantalone (Ward 19, Trinity-Spadina) and buyers, only got to the glassed-in 22nd floor for safety reasons.

WaterParkCity, which will eventually have 1,600 units, is located on part of the former Molson Brewery site just south of Fort York.

The first phase of the project includes 491 units, while the second phase, dubbed Atlantis, will have 457 units. According to a press release, 50 per cent of the second phase, with suites ranging from 377 to 976 square feet, and prices from $118,900 to $323,900, are sold.

The first phase will be ready for occupancy early next year.
