Location: Preferably downtown

Date: Sunday, August 31 (many places seem to be closed on Sundays!?!?)

Style: Upscale, but casual. Prefer locally owned & operated.

All kidding aside, The Bull's Head Tavern is both upscale and casual, and the upstairs loft seating can accommodate large groups nicely. The best pork loin in town, too!

San Chez is pretty tasty as well; not upscale, pretty casual. I've been to a wedding reception there (50-75) people and it went well. Im sure a group of 20 would work too if thats your kind of fare & atmosphere.

Was back in GR and went to the Green Well again. It is consistently great. Had a good beer sampler and great polenta and BBQ entree. Others had grilled ham and cheese with egg and tomato soup. Yuuuum. Very busy, even on a Saturday afternoon.
