I'd be great if the owner could revise their plans and add another couple of floors to the building. Setback, of course, but along the lines of the Green Monster's renovation in the West End. It wouldn't take away from the current architectural elements that saved the building from the wrecking ball and would allow for further density along Main and more height (much like we're seeing on the next block where proposed plans include 4 and 6 story structures to replace or be added to current buildings.

Either way, I'll gladly accept this building's renovation in almost any capacity. That side of Main from McBee to Broad could use the addition of functional street level spaces.
