Apple store in Ridgeland

The first Apple store in Mississippi will open at the Renaissance at Colony Park retail center in Ridgeland. No word yet on the opening date. Apparently the initial facade design was rejected, but the differences were worked out and the design was approved by city aldermen.

I have not seen the designs for the store, but I would imagine that a little bit of stainless steel wouldn't hurt Ridgeland. Actualy, Madison and Ridgeland could use more progressive design. Brick and stone alone will surely not guarantee good design.
