bchris02 1 Report post Posted June 2, 2008 I drive by this motel 2-3 times per week. In my opinion it is an ugly boil on what otherwise would be a pretty nice area of town. I read somewhere a long time ago about them razing that heap to put in a Walgreens. Anybody know if that is still going to happen? I know a lot of people who think that is a bad area based on that motel alone. I think the sooner it can be gone, the better.

ArkansasTraveler 12 Report post Posted June 4, 2008 Seems the case lately is one Walgreens store doesn't get built alone. Stores at Cantrell/Mississippi and Chenal Pkwy/Wellington Hills have been built nearly in tandem.
