The facilities will include 80,000 square feet of labs on floors 2-6; a 10,500 square-foot pharmacy in the basement; a 150-seat auditorium on the second floor; and a five-bay loading dock and underground tunnel to the new cancer center

not a bad little building on a lot that generally looks unbuildable. I am not a fan of the look, but I suppose the key thing is that this one in designed to put the space to positive use, add street level interaction, knit the area back together and get away from the highway centric nature of the area as the city plans on removing the highway.
